THOBO-CARLSEN
He founded iinnom in 2019, as a result of his interest in innovation and project management. He fulfilled his goal of creating a different and disruptive company, with projection towards internationalization. He is currently in charge of projects in different areas, creating business opportunities breaking traditional schemes.

THOBO-CARLSEN
Co-founder of iinnom, specialized in insurance and technology projects. So far he has built a strong group of tech companies in Ecuador. He also has a strong passion for Triathlon and has collaborated with the organization of Ecuador’s Ironman 70.3 since 2018.

EMANUELE
Co-founder of iinnom, expert in natural resources, business development and consulting. He has experience in projects with a financial development and planning of more than 400 million dollars in annual investments. His focus is to create efficient teams based on culture ethics and values.
